YHCY-H-H12G series are sputtered thin film strain gauge pressure sensors. The basic principle is, the pressure of liquid or gas medium acts on an isolation diaphragm through pressure measuring hole, that is transmitted to the strain beam through pressure sensitive component. A Wheatstone bridge is formed at specific position of the strain beam by sputtering process. When fluid pressure is applied to the stainless steel diaphragm, it deforms, leading to a change in resistance. The Wheatstone bridge generates an electrical signal proportional to the pressure. Through a series of signal processing and error correction steps, this signal is converted into a standard electrical output, enabling pressure measurement.
YHCY-H-H12G series are outstanding in terms of small size, long-term stability, high precision, negative temperature coefficient, vibration and impact resistance. The signal conditioning circuit integrated in the sensors outputs the signals of voltage in volts and current in milliamp.
