YHCY-G-XXXG series utilize ion beam sputtering and etching technology to create thin-film resistors on an elastic diaphragm made of stainless steel, the inter-layers of the film are combined by atomic force, which can eliminate completely the creep caused by adhesive tape. Based on this, sputtered thin film pressure sensors have better performance of accuracy and stability.
Since the sensitive core body, the stainless steel pressure joints and the protective enclosure are welded into a whole by laser welding, YHCY-G-XXXG series are suitable for pressure measurements of industrial fields in harsh environment.
